Jonathan "Specs" Andrews

He is the sniper in the Delta M, and was probably the most effected by the passing of Markus Anderson. They considered each other as brothers and when Andrews witnessed Mikhail Petrovitch assasinate Mark, he swore to avenge his fallen comrade. This is a key element in the first 21down.
